Burden of diabetic foot in India
Etiopathogenesis of diabetic foot.
Evaluation of diabetic foot.
Screening and prevention of diabetic foot.
Dressings and wound management under guidance.
Management of diabetic foot ulcers with doctor’s guidance.

Course Objectives
The Certificate Course in Diabetic Footcare aims to equip healthcare professionals to provide better footcare to diabetes patients.
Training will be given with the ability to understand the causes for diabetic foot ulcers, mechanism of foot ulceration in diabetes, screening for diabetic foot, and the skills needed for the management and prevention of foot ulcers in diabetes.
